This is a prime seasons for fleas. Spring and fall are the high times when we see fleas. Make sure your pet is on flea prevention to avoid a sudden infestation. You could be taking the family to a local pumpkin patch and decide to bring the family dog, but you could bring home extra guests without knowing it. Many pets, during Halloween, can become scared and confused because of all the different "creatures" coming to the door. This can be stressful. It helps to have a plan to keep them calm and happy during your neighborhood"s trick-or-treat times. This plan can include putting them in their kennel with a favorite toy and then putting the kennel in an area of the house that is away from the noise.
