Patient Arrival and First Visit Guidlines

Whether bringing in your pet for a check up or for their first visit, remember he or she may be a little uneasy about new people and animals. We ask for your cooperation in the following protocols when coming into the hospital:

For your protection and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.

If your pet has a tendency towards aggression or nervousness, please advise a receptionist when you arrive at the hospital. A simple notation on your pet's medical record can often prevent a problem situation.

We are a hospital, and to maintain our quiet and comfortable atmosphere for not only those patients staying with us, but to have a comfortable and quiet visit for you and your pet as well, we ask that you keep cell phones turned off or on silent while in the waiting area or exam rooms.

Your pet and others at the hospital will appreciate your extra care.

Is this your first time visiting our hospital? If it is, please click on the New Client/Patient form link, print, and fill out the form before your visit and bring it with you to your appointment. This will help us make sure that your pet receives the best care.
